I’m Jason Sanders, the owner of J L Sanders Inspections, LLC and an active Texas Professional Inspector. I bring more than 29 years of residential and commercial construction experience to every inspection, including hands-on field work, general contracting and project oversight, and plumbing experience.

That construction background gives me practical context for how a home’s major systems are assembled, how they interact, and how visible problems can develop over time. During a home inspection, I use that experience to recognize and clearly explain observable signs of material defects, improper installation, moisture intrusion, and safety concerns—without unnecessary alarm.
