I’m Jason Sanders, a Texas-licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (TREC #26483) and the owner of JL Sanders. I bring nearly 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, spanning hands-on field work through project oversight and coordination.

My background in construction provides a practical understanding of how homes are built, how systems interact, and where failures commonly occur over time. This experience informs every inspection I perform and allows me to identify material defects, improper installations, and safety concerns that may not be obvious to someone without a construction-based foundation.
