About Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

During Your Inspection

Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your home, J L Sanders delivers professional, high-quality inspection services from your first call to the final report. Our licensed home inspectors conduct thorough evaluations and are happy to walk through the property with you, explaining key details along the way. We strictly adhere to the Standards of Practice set by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to ensure a comprehensive, unbiased inspection.

After Your Inspection

After we complete the walkthrough, we’ll review the overall condition of the home and its systems with both you and your agent. We’ll highlight any major issues that may need immediate attention, as well as mention items to monitor for future maintenance. All of this information will be clearly outlined in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which can be delivered in both HTML and PDF formats. The report will include detailed descriptions and reference images, so you can easily revisit everything we discussed.
